Send emails via SMTP (nodemailer): verify the connection and send messages with text/HTML body, CC/BCC, custom headers and base64 attachments

Tool	Description
`smtp_verify`	Connects to the SMTP server, authenticates (if a user is configured) and reports the connection details
`smtp_send`	Sends an email via SMTP. Supports plain text and/or HTML body, CC/BCC, replyTo, custom headers and attachments (base64 encoded content). Returns the message id and accepted/rejected recipients
